Hi, First off i want to thank you for visiting my page. Let me introduce myself, i am married and also a father of 4, which are involved in every sport you can think of. I first found the passion for fitness in high school, i was a tiny scrawny kid in grade 9 at 110lbs. i was very athletic but had no weight to me. That summer i was introduced to weights, and supplements. The love for lifting had grown for the rest of my term where i left school at 252lbs and less then 10% body fat. after school i found myself wrestling privately in Toronto Ontario on weekends, i was then scouted by a pro wrestling cooperation which in turned had me sign a contract in Japan. Few months after signing that contract i had found out i was going to be a dad. i had made the decision to stop wrestling and get a full time job, which i become a long haul truck driver. Well as you can imagine my nicely built frame wasnt going to last while driving all day/week long. As hard as i tried i couldnt maintain my physique, and eventually became unhealthy and overweight. i battled this over multiple years leading into my 40's. i found my stride again and dropped a few lbs where i became happy again, then Covid hit, gym closed, i lost my job and i became depressed. As i am sure many of us did, i went downhill fast, weighing almost 400lbs, seen a picture of me with my friends, and it hit me, no more, i am fixing myself now. my kids need me, my wife needs me (maybe lol) After a few years of having a coach, as well as training myself i have dropped over 150lbs. I found my passion again, now i want to help people, help you achieve your goals, i am a certified personal trainer and working as an online certified coach too. With a goal of someday opening my own gym. I love this sport, lifestyle, the success stories, the smiles, the hardships.
Last year i was involved with the Popeyes weight loss challenge, where i dropped 27lbs in 91 days, while retaining 6lbs of water due to switching shifts at work to nights, also competed in the Mr Health and fitness 2024, where i finished 3rd out of 53 in my group.
currently this year i have decided to continue on with my fitness journey, i have entered the 2025 popeyes challenge. As well doing my first on stage show at eh Radical body transformation in June, my second show at the Summer shred in August, where i hope to qualify for Houston Texas in September.
I look forward to speaking with you, finding out your goals, what motivates you. Please feel free to reach out if any questions.
thank you
Brian
